These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of the digital fitness membership and related services provided by:

Salted Strength Club may also be referred to as “SSC,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By purchasing a membership, creating an account, or accessing SSC content, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Salted Strength Club provides subscription-based access to online fitness content, including strength workouts, mobility sessions, Pilates-inspired training, structured programs, and related educational materials.
The membership is delivered digitally through the SSC member platform hosted by Uscreen. The specific content and features included in your membership are described on the website and at checkout.
SSC may add, update, replace, or remove individual workouts and features as the membership develops. Changes will not affect mandatory statutory rights relating to digital products. If a change materially and negatively affects access to or use of the service, any rights provided by applicable law remain available.
You need a compatible internet-connected device, a current web browser, and a sufficiently stable internet connection to stream the content. Content availability and streaming quality may vary depending on your device, connection, location, and third-party platform availability.
You must provide complete and accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for:
Keeping your login credentials and email account secure
Preventing unauthorized access to your membership
Ensuring the email address connected to your account remains current
Notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use
Your account is personal and may not be shared, sold, transferred, or used by another person.
We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected unauthorized use, fraud, security threats, or material violations of these Terms.
SSC offers recurring subscription plans. The price, billing period, included access, trial terms, and any promotional conditions are displayed before purchase.
The standard plans currently offered are:
Monthly membership: $24 billed every month
Three-month membership: $54 billed every three months
Annual membership: $189 billed every year
All amounts are stated in US dollars unless checkout expressly displays another currency.
The total amount payable, including any applicable taxes, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Each subscription automatically renews for the same billing period until canceled. By completing checkout, you authorize the payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your account for the recurring subscription amount shown at checkout.
Where offered, an eligible customer may receive a seven-day free trial.
The exact trial duration, eligible plan, first billing date, and price payable after the trial will be displayed at checkout.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts into a paid membership and the payment method associated with your account will be charged for the selected billing period.
Canceling during the trial prevents the first paid renewal. Access may continue until the stated end of the trial.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a free trial is limited to one trial per customer. SSC may refuse or revoke repeated or abusive trial registrations.
SSC may offer limited promotional or private membership rates, including Founding Member or Family & Friends offers.
The price, eligibility requirements, enrollment period, duration, and renewal conditions of an offer will be presented with that offer or at checkout.
If an offer is expressly described as a locked-in rate, that rate remains available only while the qualifying subscription remains continuously active and in good standing, unless the offer terms state otherwise. Cancellation, expiration, an unresolved payment failure, or changing to another plan may result in the loss of that rate. Rejoining may require enrollment at the then-current available price.
Promotional offers may not be combined unless expressly permitted.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. SSC does not store your complete payment-card details.
You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and ensuring sufficient funds are available on the applicable billing date.
If a payment fails, the payment provider may retry the charge. Access may be placed on hold or suspended while payment remains outstanding. You may be asked to update your payment information before access is restored.
You remain responsible for charges validly incurred before cancellation, subject to applicable consumer law.
SSC may change the prices of its plans prospectively.
Where a price change affects an existing subscription, we will provide reasonable advance notice as required by applicable law. The notice will explain the new price and when it is expected to take effect.
You may cancel the subscription before the affected renewal if you do not wish to continue at the new price. A change will not override an expressly guaranteed locked-in rate unless the applicable offer terms and mandatory law permit it.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period. You will retain access until that period ends.
To prevent the next recurring charge, submit the cancellation before the renewal time displayed in your account. After cancellation, you will receive or be able to obtain confirmation of the cancellation.
Cancellation stops future renewal. It does not automatically create a refund for a billing period that has already begun.
Except where a refund, price reduction, termination remedy, or other reimbursement is required by applicable law, SSC does not provide prorated refunds for:
Partially used billing periods
Unused membership time
Failure to use the available content
Forgetting to cancel before a scheduled renewal
Billing errors and duplicate charges will be investigated and corrected where appropriate. Contact hello@saltedstrengthclub.com as soon as possible if you believe you were charged incorrectly.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights or statutory remedies relating to defective or non-conforming digital products.
Consumers in the European Union may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.

If you request access to begin during the withdrawal period, additional statutory rules may apply depending on the legal classification of the digital content or digital service and the declarations made during checkout.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts a withdrawal right that exists under mandatory law.
Your membership grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access SSC content during your active membership.
You may not:
Share or transfer your account
Share private access links or login credentials
Copy, reproduce, download, screen-record, distribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit SSC content unless expressly permitted
Use SSC materials to create a competing program, product, or service
Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
Scrape, reverse-engineer, bypass, or interfere with platform security or access controls
Upload malware or use the service unlawfully
Harass other members or misuse community features
We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the violation before termination, unless immediate action is necessary for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or member-safety reasons.
Mandatory rights and any appropriate refund for unused prepaid access remain unaffected.
Community features may allow members to post comments, messages, images, or other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant SSC and its platform providers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and moderate that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and provide the community features. This license ends when the content is deleted, except where temporary backup storage or retention is reasonably required by law.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate applicable law or another person’s rights.
You may not post content that contains harassment, threats, discriminatory or degrading language, unlawful or sexually explicit material, another person’s confidential information, spam, or unauthorized commercial promotion.
Community content may be visible to other members with access to the community. Do not share information that you do not want other members to see.
SSC may remove User Content or restrict community access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect members, comply with legal obligations, or maintain the security and integrity of the service. Concerns about community content or conduct may be reported to hello@saltedstrengthclub.com.
All SSC videos, programs, written materials, graphics, branding, photographs, designs, and other original content are owned by Nicole May, Salted Strength Club, or the applicable licensor and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a membership does not transfer ownership of any SSC content.
Any permitted downloads remain subject to these Terms and are for the member’s personal, non-commercial use only.
SSC provides general fitness instruction and educational information. It does not provide medical advice, medical diagnosis, physical therapy, or individualized medical treatment.
Exercise involves inherent risks. Before beginning a new fitness program, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional when relevant to your health, including if you are pregnant, injured, recovering from surgery, experiencing pain, managing a medical condition, or uncertain whether exercise is appropriate for you.
You are responsible for:
Choosing an appropriate workout, intensity, and weight
Using a safe exercise area and suitable equipment
Following instructions and modifications
Exercising within your individual abilities
Stopping immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, chest pain, unusual shortness of breath, loss of balance, or other concerning symptoms
Participation is voluntary. Individual results vary, and SSC does not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, aesthetic changes, surf-performance improvement, injury prevention, or any other specific outcome.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We aim to provide reliable access, but continuous and error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates, internet failures, payment-provider issues, Uscreen outages, security measures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, we will work to restore access promptly. Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected if the digital service does not conform to the contract.
SSC has unlimited liability where liability cannot legally be restricted, including for:
Intentional misconduct or gross negligence
Injury to life, body, or health caused by a negligent or intentional breach
Liability under the German Product Liability Act
Fraudulent concealment of a defect
An expressly assumed guarantee
In cases of ordinary negligence involving a material contractual obligation, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
Subject to the exceptions above and to the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for ordinary negligence is excluded.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data-protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation.

SSC may send service-related communications reasonably necessary to operate your membership, including messages concerning account access, security, billing, payment failures, subscription status, cancellations, and material service or contractual changes.
Marketing communications will be sent only where permitted by applicable law. Where consent is required, you may withdraw that consent or unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent SSC from sending essential service-related communications.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase an SSC membership.
SSC does not knowingly offer memberships directly to children. Accounts identified as belonging to individuals under 18 may be closed.
We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary, including because of legal changes, security requirements, platform developments, or changes to SSC services.
Material changes affecting existing members will be communicated with reasonable advance notice where required. Updates will not retroactively remove accrued rights or override mandatory consumer protections.
If a material change requires your consent under applicable law, it will not take effect without the required consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
If you are a consumer residing outside Germany, mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence remain unaffected.
Any agreement regarding jurisdiction applies only where legally permissible.
Salted Strength Club is neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
